User Agreement

2. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may submit the relevant dispute to The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC)  for arbitration by its then effective arbitration rules; arbitration The dispute resolution result is final and binding on all parties.

3. The titles of all clauses in this Agreement are for reading convenience only, have no actual meaning in themselves, and cannot be used as the basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.

【other conditions】

1. If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason or violates any applicable law, that provision shall be deemed deleted. However, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and should be legally binding.

2. The right to modify this Agreement at any time by changes in relevant laws and regulations and adjustments to the company's operating conditions and business strategies without the need for separate notice to the user.
